Senior Salesforce Developer

What you’ll be doing...
Hands on implementation using Salesforce and vLocity platforms including but not limited to Enterprise product catalog, APEX, CPQ, Data Model, Systems Integration , OOB Features (Chat, Chatter, Call, Co-browsing). Develop complex force.com applications using both declarative and customization capabilities. Implement and deliver projects under Agile Development Environment and Test-Driven Environments. Interact with the stakeholders for Analyzing Business Requirements and convert to developing applications. Configuration and Customization framework of Salesforce.com in User Configuration, Security & Visibility Features such as OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules ,Visual Force, Apex, Triggers, Custom Settings & Metadata Setup Apex Unit Testing with Governor Friendly Coding. Implementation of enterprise level ESB and implementation of OLTP, OLAP Data Model and Data Dimension for reporting. Play a critical role in building out a fully digital, mobile-first, omni channel experience. Understand the impact on scalability and availability constraint laid down to the components being developed. Understand business requirement & participate in architecture discussions to understand the system architecture and develop the features accordingly. Work with cross functional global teams & stakeholders to deliver. REST API Integrations. Participate in Agile /SCRUM calls to update the status.

What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of experience with hands on Salesforce Development (Mobile, Desktop Omni channel) and Administration. Seven or more years of development experience. Service and Sales Cloud implementation experience using Live Agent, Omni Channel, CTI Adapters and API Integrations. Development experience using VisualForce, APEX, triggers, Classes, Java Script, Lightning API, Workflows, Object Mapping. Hands on experience in implementation on Enterprise product catalog, CPQ, Data Model, APEX scripting. Hands on knowledge on Salesforce Einstein analytics to build out data models for prescriptive and predictive analytics. Experience in Email-To-Case, Auto Assignment Rules, Auto Response Rule, Support Process, Entitlement Process, Milestones, Path, Reports & Dashboards, SSO ,Cases, Translation Workbench, Knowledge and Chatter. What you’ll be doing...
Rapidly learn a client's business process and translate problem / need statements into a coherent solution. Professional, functional and consulting experience across industries, market segments and Salesforce orgs is preferred. Proficiency with business analysis, communication, presentations and overall process flows and related tools, such as LucidChart. Manage and run functional workshops with customers and key stakeholders. Apply technical aptitude, experience and design methodology for multiple industry verticals and use cases. Conduct assessments and define process roadmaps for customers when requested. Collaborate with project team resources to design, build and develop effective client solutions on the Salesforce platform. Highly skilled at designing solutions and making best practices recommendations, ensuring QA and driving acceptance of project deliverables with the client. Present technology architecture and solution overviews to executive-level audiences. Create easy to understand training and presentation materials with emphasis on simplifying complex ideas. Provides support to sales and delivery teams on an as needed basis. Candidate may lead or build proof of concept (POC) solutions demonstrating solution value to customers.

What we’re looking for...
Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce architecture, consulting, design, configuration and/or development experience. Experience with the Salesforce platform, including core Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ and/or Field Service Lightning are desired. Experience designing and building custom solutions on the Force.com Platform, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Flow and/or Apex code. Proficient with data loader, data transformation and clean-up.

Technical Project Manager - Salesforce

What you’ll be doing...
Responsibilities include: Drive the Salesforce program strategy and develop 3, 6 and 12 month roadmap partnering with internal and external partners. Develop business requirements for transforming retail operations through Salesforce.com adoption and new conversions. Manage Salesforce functional evolution through monthly feature release and sprints. Engaging the retail solutions specialists to ensure field feedback is incorporated into new features and adoption plan. Manage ROI and program KPIs analytics. Performing business analysis and functional design for new Salesforce releases based on field input and then partnering with internal and external stakeholders and vendors. What we’re looking for...
3+ years of experience programming with an object-oriented language, preferably with Java/Selenium/JUnit/Cucumber. Proven experience with development and maintenance of regression and performance tests in a complex architecture. Passion for testing with the "break it" mentality. 3+ years of automated testing experience in a web-based environment. Comfortable with both manual and automated testing.
